Subprocessors
The outside providers that can receive personal data from sillion.app, what each one does with it, one further transfer that depends on how the site is configured, and how you find out when any of it changes.
What this list covers
This page names the third-party providers that can receive personal data through the public Sillion website — the marketing pages, the waitlist form, and the demo booking widget. Each one is named because it is wired into the site that is running now, not because it is planned. One further transfer is possible without a name attached to it, and the section below says so.
A provider appears here whether or not it is technically a processor for a given visitor. Some, like the analytics built into our hosting, process data we decide the purposes for. Others, like the scheduling widget, run their own service under their own terms. The distinction matters legally; for a reader trying to find out who can see their email address, it does not, so the list errs toward including more.

Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy and its own terms with us. Where a provider publishes a data processing agreement, we rely on the version it makes available; we do not reproduce its terms here, because our summary would go stale the first time the provider changed them.
One more possible transfer
Sillion's sign-up code can forward a new waitlist entry — the email address, the fact it came from this website, and our own internal record number — to a mailing-list service, if one is configured for the deployment you are using. Nothing else is sent, and nothing is forwarded when you unsubscribe or book a demo.
That forwarding is switched off for this deployment: no such service is configured, so no waitlist entry is sent anywhere beyond the providers named above. If we turn it on, this page names the service before it starts receiving anything.
Subprocessors under a school agreement
The list above is about the public website. It is not the subprocessor list for a school, district, or university deployment.
Where Sillion processes student or staff data on an institution's behalf, the authorised subprocessors are the ones named in the annex to the executed agreement between Sillion and that institution. That annex is the operative list for that institution, it is specific to the services being provided, and it takes precedence over this page. Ask for the current annex at hello@sillion.app and we will send it.
Changes to this list
We update this page when a provider is added or removed, and change the date at the top when we do. There is no subscription mechanism for this page; if you want notice of changes, write to hello@sillion.app and ask to be told.
Institutions with an executed agreement receive notice of subprocessor changes on the terms set out in that agreement, which is the mechanism that carries an objection right. This page does not replace that notice.
